This is a hands-on opportunity to transform operational processes through practical, AI-first automation. You will work directly with operational leaders to identify manual workflows and turn them into reliable, scalable systems. The role combines AI agents, reasoning layers, APIs, workflow automation, and software engineering across a modern cloud stack. You will take ownership from discovery through production, monitoring, measurement, and continuous improvement. Your impact will be measured in tangible operational outcomes, particularly the number of manual hours eliminated each week.
