This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Operations Representative (Temporary Coverage) based in United States. This full-time, remote role supports essential back-office operations across multiple financial services workflows. You may work across areas such as ACH, wires, check processing, fiduciary servicing, legal processing, overdraft solutions, unclaimed property, and mobile or ATM deposits. The role focuses on accurate transaction processing, exception management, account maintenance, and regulatory compliance. You will help protect operational accuracy, minimize risk, and maintain a consistent member experience. The position is cross-functional, with opportunities to cross-train and support different operational desks as business needs evolve. Success requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, confidentiality, and a commitment to service quality. This is a temporary assignment expected to continue through July/August 2027.
