You’ll work in local neighborhoods, meet homeowners, and schedule painting estimates. Every conversation is a chance to build the Heiler Painting brand, earn a homeowner’s trust, and help them feel confident choosing us as their painter. Along the way, you’ll strengthen your communication, sales, and marketing skills and see how a growing business works. No experience needed; we’ll train and coach you. How it works

• We’re interviewing and making offers NOW .
• Onboarding starts in January, and training begins in February.
• Work 15–20 hours per week from February through May while you’re in school.
• Move to full-time hours when classes end . Why join us?
