- Mercado Financeiro based in Brazil. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced recruiter specializing in the financial and investment markets. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing and strategic talent acquisition. The role offers autonomy to map the market, build candidate pipelines, and identify professionals for specialized positions. You will combine advanced sourcing techniques with structured competency-based interviews and detailed candidate assessments. Success will depend on strong market knowledge, an active professional network, and a highly organized approach. Working on a temporary, project-based basis, you will contribute directly to strategic hiring initiatives while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
