This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Property Claims Manager based in United States. Lead the strategic oversight and continuous improvement of first-party property claims across a growing commercial insurance portfolio. You will guide the handling of accelerated, large, complex, and high-exposure losses while ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient resolution strategies. The role combines technical claims expertise with leadership of TPAs, adjusters, legal partners, and other external vendors. You will monitor performance, strengthen quality standards, and use claims data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Working closely with Underwriting, Product, Legal, and senior leadership, you will provide insights that influence risk selection, policy language, and claims strategy. You will also help shape catastrophe response, subrogation, risk transfer, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in a remote-first environment focused on modernizing the commercial insurance experience.
