- Litigation based in United States. This role serves as a subject matter expert responsible for managing complex, high-exposure liability claims from investigation through resolution. You will handle sophisticated matters involving litigation, coverage issues, catastrophic bodily injury, personal and advertising injury, and employment practices liability. The position requires strong judgment across coverage analysis, damage evaluation, reserving, negotiation, and litigation strategy. You will work closely with panel counsel to develop cost-effective approaches and action plans designed to drive cases toward timely resolution. The role also involves direct engagement with insureds, agents, counsel, and other stakeholders while maintaining high standards of service and compliance. This is an opportunity for an experienced claims professional to take ownership of significant exposures, routinely involving reserves of $500,000 or more.
