About the Role: As a key member of our leadership pipeline, you will:

• Oversee branch operations and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
• Lead, mentor, and coach employees (tellers, personal bankers, reception) on service expectations, sales conversations, operational accuracy, and professional development.
• Track, monitor and review employee performance. Complete performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Review schedules, approve PTO requests and approve payroll hours.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives for retail banking.
• Evaluate and monitor current and potential bank products and services to enhance customer relationships and grow core deposits.
• Review opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
• Review and resolve audit and exam findings.
• Process wire transfer requests.
• Assist customers with consumer loan requests.
• Utilize market insights and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and streamline operations.
• Ensure that written policies and procedures are being followed and that back-up support is developed for all major functions.
• Monitor retail operations to maximize efficiency within the department.
• Follow up on escalated customer concerns and help resolve issues in a way that protects both the customer relationship and the bank.
• Foster a culture of innovation, integrity, and customer-centricity.
• Become a security contact – alarms, cameras.
• Assist with ordering foreign currency and gift cards.
• Become a point of contact for customers, calling officer as needed.
• Serve on various committees.
• Other duties as assigned. What We Are Looking For:
• Proven track record in retail banking, with leadership experience in branch management.
• Strong business acumen, with a focus on sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
• Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
