Role & Responsibilities
- Own category performance from concept to delivery: manage buy plans, vendor negotiations, costing, and timing for apparel/accessory segments.
- Collaborate with design, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure on-time, in-budget, quality-compliant production cycles.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and sales data to recommend assortment, markdown, and replenishment strategies.
- Maintain vendor scorecards and compliance audits—ensuring ethical sourcing, quality control, and payment timelines.
- Prepare and present seasonal merchandise reviews, budget forecasts, and KPI dashboards to senior stakeholders.
- Lead fit sessions, sample approvals, and production reviews to align product with brand vision and commercial targets. Skills & Qualifications
