Channel Manager Food Service- South Location: Karachi Working Model: Onsite Contract Type: Permanent Why this role matters In your first year, you will lead the commercial growth and operational execution of the Food Service channel in Karachi, driving revenue, market share, and profitability. This role is crucial for expanding Flora Food Group’s presence across hotels, restaurants, bakeries, and institutional customers, ensuring our products reach kitchens where quality and reliability matter most. Your work will directly influence distributor performance and customer acquisition, enabling better food experiences for consumers through stronger market penetration and execution excellence. What you'll do

• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with the national Food Service strategy to meet revenue and market share targets
• Lead and optimize the distributor network to ensure effective market coverage and service standards
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and portfolio expansion across HORECA and institutional segments
• Coach and develop a team of Food Service Managers, Business Development Managers, Sales Representatives, and Sales Chefs to build a high-performance culture
• Manage trade investments, promotional budgets, and commercial negotiations to maximize return on investment and profitability. Performance You will own the delivery of annual revenue, volume, profitability, and market share objectives for the region. Your data-driven approach will ensure operational excellence through effective forecasting, business planning, and distributor performance management. By continuously improving sales productivity and execution standards, you will contribute to sustainable growth and stronger commercial governance. Care This role reports to the Head of Food Service and involves leading a diverse team across the region. You will collaborate closely with marketing, finance, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and commercial controls. Your leadership will foster long-term partnerships with distributors and customers, building a sustainable and responsible business that supports communities and kitchens alike.
