This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Director, Value Creation Insights based in the United States. The Sr. Director, Value Creation Insights will lead a global analytics organization responsible for turning commercial data into decisions that accelerate revenue growth and improve go-to-market efficiency. This senior leadership role oversees a team of approximately 30 analysts, analytics engineers, and data professionals across multiple time zones. You will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Operations, translating complex analysis into actionable business direction. The role combines revenue forecasting, predictive modeling, data infrastructure, AI-enabled analytics, and executive-level storytelling. You will also shape the modernization of the analytics environment, including the adoption of conversational analytics and AI agents embedded into business workflows. Success will require strong technical depth, commercial understanding, organizational leadership, and the ability to turn analytical opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
