C Plus Lead Developer Telecom and Networking

We are seeking an experienced C++ Lead / Senior Developer with strong expertise in C++, Unix/Linux environments, Telecom/Networking systems, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting mission-critical applications running on Linux and Solaris platforms while providing technical leadership to development teams. The role requires a combination of software development, production support, troubleshooting, networking knowledge, database expertise, and DevOps practices. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions within Telecom and Networking environments. Responsibilities Experience: 5–10 Years Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Trivandrum RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, enhance, and maintain complex C++ and Java applications on Linux and Solaris platforms. Lead development teams and provide technical guidance in Unix-based environments. Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams through code fixes, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis. Participate in application vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives. Analyze and resolve production incidents while ensuring service stability and performance. Design, develop, and optimize database interactions using Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL technologies. Configure, administer, and troubleshoot web and application servers including Apache HTTPD, NGINX, Tomcat, and JBoss. Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. Drive performance optimization, system reliability, and operational excellence initiatives. Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices. Participate in technical discussions, solution reviews, and architecture recommendations. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5–10 years of experience in software development and support. Strong hands-on experience in C++ development within Unix/Linux environments. Experience leading development teams or mentoring engineers. Experience in Telecom and Networking domains. Proven experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and incident management capabilities.
