We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape and grow compelling fundraising and engagement propositions that inspire audiences, deepen supporter relationships and deliver long-term value for the charity. Working collaboratively across Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement and with a wide range of stakeholders, you'll use audience insight, innovation and commercial thinking to develop and optimise products and experiences that support our mission. While this role will work across a broad portfolio, it will also have a particular focus on supporting the development and growth of our events fundraising products, helping create engaging experiences that motivate people to take action and raise vital funds for life-saving research. What will I be doing?

  • Supporting the development and delivery of the product strategy for our events fundraising portfolio, creating experiences that attract, engage and retain supporters.
  • Working with the Senior Proposition Manager to create and implement innovative, audience-led product and proposition plans that drive long-term growth.
  • Collaborating across Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data & Insights and Strategy teams to deliver seamless supporter journeys and compelling campaigns.
  • Using audience insight, market trends and performance data to identify opportunities for product improvement, innovation and growth.
  • Helping shape product roadmaps and priorities to ensure propositions are continuously optimised and future-focused.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships and fostering a collaborative culture that drives shared ownership and successful outcomes What are we looking for?
  • Experience developing and managing commercially successful products, services or propositions that meet audience needs and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of product development, customer journeys, proposition management and insight-led decision making.
  • Experience working with products, services or experiences and using data to identify opportunities and drive growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across complex organisations.
  • Strong strategic, analytical and commercial thinking, with the ability to translate insight into action.
