Roles and Responsibilities: 1- Listening to the client's needs and understanding their personality. 2- Providing tailored advice on individual pieces, whole outfits, colors, styles, and fabrics that will suit the client's preferences, style, body type, price range, and the occasion they're dressing for. 3- Selling merchandise and increasing sales for the company. 4- Remaining up-to-date with current fashion trends and principles of the brand. 4- Generating and pursuing leads to grow your client base. 5- Follow up with clients via phone or email and answer requests and questions. 6- Following SOP and taking care of the store-related tasks.
