🔥 Picasso Restaurant Group | Troy, MI Picasso Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced Grill Cook to join our Troy location. We’re looking for someone who can confidently run the grill station , keep up during busy service, and consistently put out quality food. SCHEDULE & PAY 💰 $20–$24/hour based on experience 🕖 Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM 🌙

Job Duties
- Independently set up, operate, and run the grill station during service
- Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently
- Handle multiple orders at once during busy service periods
- Maintain proper cooking temperatures, portioning, and food quality
- Complete daily prep and keep the station stocked for service
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties
- Communicate and work effectively with the rest of the kitchen team
What We’re Looking for
- Previous grill or line cook experience required
- Must be able to independently run a grill station
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong attention to quality, cleanliness, and food safety
