Business Unit: BU Air & Ocean Business Line: BL Intermodal Systems Target Hire Date: 2026-08-18 What You Can Expect :
- Coordinate with Local Pricing, Procurement, overseas offices, and agents to obtain relevant rates and tariff information.
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations based on Sales requirements in a timely manner.
- Follow up on quotations with customers and Sales teams to obtain feedback and business updates, while maintaining records in the Ticketing System.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to the Pricing and Procurement teams.
- Handle commercial and pricing-related escalations pertaining to quotations.
- Utilize internal systems and tools, including the Ticketing System, Tariff and Rate Tools, to support pricing activities. What You Bring:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the freight forwarding business or related fields;
- Prior regional exposure, with experience in handling local tenders, spot quotations, and liaising with overseas offices/agents for shipment activation;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Good team player;
- Possess a positive and customer-oriented mindset
