Marketing Specialist

• Implement effective marketing strategies and execution plans to achieve brand objectives with a strong understanding of consumer insights.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Product Development, Sales, Trade Marketing, Design, Procurement, and E-commerce, to successfully execute product launch plans and manage existing products.
• Lead small to medium-scale marketing campaigns and activities while supporting the Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Manager in coordinating with external partners such as agencies, business partners, production houses, and event organizers.
• Plan, monitor, and control marketing budgets effectively while making timely adjustments when necessary.
• Build brand awareness for new product launches and marketing campaigns, while monitoring campaign performance, product performance, and competitors' activities.
• Support the Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Manager in managing the brand portfolio, developing new products (NPD), and creating product concepts, strategies, and directions that align with business objectives.
• Analyze marketing campaign results and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Conduct market research and market analysis to stay updated on customer trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Ensure branding consistency across all marketing channels and activities. Qualification
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or other related fields
• At least 3-4 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications Or related fields the position from Beauty or FMCG company
• Creative, energetic, result-driven, easy to adapt to changes, and good interpersonal skills.
