Summary About the Position: Red River Army Depot (RRAD) is located in northeast Texas, 19 miles west of Texarkana and approximately 170 miles northeast of Dallas. RRAD is near the corners of 4 states

• Implement corrective actions to ensure mission deadlines are met and work is completed.
• Analyze the benefits and costs of accomplishing work in-house in lieu outsourcing with contracting.
• Recommend corrective actions within the facility environment.
• Provide management estimates and cost figures on materials for repairs, minor construction, maintenance and labor for projects.
• Oversee the use of labor and materials on a day to day basis to meet deadlines. Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of an Operations and Maintenance Supervisor without more than normal supervision. I have the ability to perform common Operations and Maintenance Supervisor duties including 1) track maintenance work orders to support timely response; 2) monitor cost reports to identify issues affecting operational efficiency; AND 3) review completed maintenance tasks to ensure they meet required standards. I work under normal supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed.
