RN or LVN – Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (Day or Night Shift) – North Houston 📍 Spring, TX | Kingwood, TX | East Houston, TX | Channelview, TX Reliant Healthcare Group is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide 1-on-1 pediatric private duty nursing care in the home. We offer day and night shifts , consistent cases, competitive pay, and strong clinical support. • LVN/LPN: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour
• RN: $31.00 – $34.00 per hour Trach / Vent Cases
• LVN/LPN: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
• RN: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour (Rates vary by case complexity and experience) What You’ll Do
• Provide 1-on-1 private duty nursing care to pediatric patients (ages 0–20)
• Monitor vital signs and deliver safe, competent nursing care
• Follow and implement individualized plans of care
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the clinical team
• Educate and support families
• Complete documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) Qualifications
• Active RN or LVN license in the state of Texas – REQUIRED
• Pediatric experience preferred (private duty, home health, or similar)
• Current CPR certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)
• Comfortable working independently in a home setting
• Strong communication and clinical skills Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
