- Work on valuation assignments and assist Senior Management in carrying out valuation engagements.
- Managing and leading in company valuation, purchase price allocation, intangible asset valuation and cash flow modelling.
- Having experience and knowledge in financial instruments valuation is an added advantage.
- Provide support and training to junior team members in guiding and reviewing their work outputs.
- Present valuation findings internally and externally to clients. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics
- Minimum 5
- 7 years in valuation with Big4 or accounting firms or investment banks.
- A relevant professional qualification (CFA, CPA FA, MBA etc) will be highly regarded.
- Good verbal and written English and Thai communication skills
