Export and Logistics Specialist (f/m/d) – Fixed-term contract until 31.10.2028

This position reports to: Trade & Transportation Manager __ Key responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for the efficient and legally compliant handling of export and shipping processes. You will ensure that all operational activities in the area of foreign trade and customs run smoothly and work closely with internal and external partners. Your main tasks include:

• Coordinating and monitoring all shipping and export activities. This includes preparing all necessary documents and invoicing on time in accordance with customer and country requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with export regulations and international trade conditions and guaranteeing the correct handling of customs and preferential trade issues.
• Actively communicating with logistics, sales, and freight forwarders, processing complaints, and keeping all parties informed about the shipping status.
• Selecting suitable shipping and packaging methods, booking freight space, monitoring air and sea freight documents, and maintaining all relevant data in

Sap Erp

and

Sap Gts.

Qualifications for the role

• You have completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk or freight forwarding clerk.
• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in export, freight forwarding, or foreign trade.
• You are proficient in using SAP ERP, SAP GTS, and MS Office and possess a deep understanding of relevant processes and systems.
• You are characterized by strong communication skills, flexibility, and team spirit, and you work in a solution-oriented manner in a dynamic environment.
• You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken. Benefits
