Job Description We are seeking an exceptional Raffles Butler to join our luxury hospitality team in Udaipur, India. As a Raffles Butler, you will be the cornerstone of our personalized guest service experience, delivering unparalleled hospitality and attention to detail that defines the Raffles brand. This role requires a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual who excels in anticipating guest needs and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
- Provide personalized butler services to guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and discretion throughout their stay
- Manage suite operations, including room maintenance, housekeeping coordination, and amenity replenishment to the highest standards
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and special requirements with efficiency and grace
- Coordinate seamlessly with hotel departments including housekeeping, concierge, dining, and maintenance to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all guest interactions and room presentations
- Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism regarding guest information and preferences
- Assist with special arrangements, including dining reservations, transportation, and customized experiences
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain impeccable personal appearance and professional demeanor at all times
- Contribute to a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement within the team
