Early Career Trainee, Commercial Operations

Job Description What You'll Do

• Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and contract amendments
• Coordinate approvals with customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate contract and opportunity information in internal systems
• Support invoicing and contract administration activities
• Resolve billing and documentation-related queries in collaboration with internal teams
• Support Sales representatives with day-to-day commercial operations
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance across systems and documentation What We're Looking For
• Completed higher education (Bachelor / Master)
• 1-2 years of experience in similar role is an advantage
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• English at Intermediate level or higher
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with documentation
• Strong written communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
• Comfortable working with structured processes and recurring tasks What We Offer
