Uline is looking for a Financial Operations / Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining account accuracy for our growing North American company! Careers Packed with Potential. - Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.
- Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts. Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail. Benefits
