Job Description : 1. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring efficient allocation resources and timely delivery of goods and services. 2. Manage the procurement process for capital projects, including budgeting, vendor selection, and contract negotiation, to support the organization’s investment initiatives. 3. Lead procurement activities for projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints while mitigating risk and maximizing value. 4. Oversee the procurement of high-value goods and services, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to optimize cost savings and minimize supply chain disruptions. 5. Develop and manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and fostering positive supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement and innovation. 6. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. 7. Implement effective inventory management practices to optimize inventory levels, reduce carrying costs, and ensure availability of critical materials and supplies to support operational needs.
