Default Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Hours: 40 Salary range: $54.94 - $83.47 Schedule: Full Time Shift Hours: 8 Hour employee Department: Human Resources Job Objective: Working under the direction of the Vice President, Human Resources, manages, develops, modifies and directs the implementation of the strategic plan for HR information systems (HRIS). Provides technical support on HRIS practices and innovations and ensures that all applications comply with legal requirements. Job Description: Education: Required: Bachelor's degree or four (4) additional years of related experience Licensure/Certification: Required: N/A Experience: Required: Eight (8) years of HRIS experience Preferred: Workday and healthcare experience Reports To: Vice President, Human Resources Supervises: HRIS Analyst Ages of Patients: N/A Blood Borne Pathogens: Minimal/ No Potential Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Ability to mentor, supervise and evaluate team members work, All Microsoft applications including advanced skills in Excel, Managerial experience, Project management for directing and implementing business processes, Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills, Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and report writing, Strong Vendor management skills Essential Responsibilities 1.Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations. 2.Manages the testing, implementation and maintenance of new and/or modified human resources systems to meet the organization’s ongoing needs. 3.Identifies, analyzes and implements changes to current processes to improve operations of HR functions. 4.Collaborates with IS in the development, implementation, maintenance and support of HRIS applications. 5.Documents and leads systems related projects within HR. 6.Oversees all data files and data feeds ensuring the timely submission, integrity and accuracy in partnership with vendors and internal entities. 7.Performs necessary audits and ensures data integrity associated with the HRIS. 8.Troubleshoots and resolves application errors and other system issues. 9.Designs and builds reports as requested. 10.Provides training on systems for internal HR staff. 11.Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates performance of HRIS staff. 12.Leads system-related projects and implementations ie, ACA reporting with Equifax. 13.Performs other duties as assigned.
