Key Responsibilities
- Perform TIG level welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components to specification
- Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding
- Inspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards
- Maintain welding equipment and shop tools
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with the fabrication team and supervisors to meet production deadlines Qualifications
- 5+ years of welding experience in a fabrication environment preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols
- Experience with MIG welding required; TIG experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Day shift (overtime available based on workload)
