As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will connect business needs with practical Salesforce solutions that improve processes and user experiences. You will analyze workflows, gather requirements, and translate business objectives into clear Salesforce configurations and functional specifications. The role offers broad exposure to cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technology professionals. You will play a key part in documentation, testing, training, adoption, and ongoing platform optimization. Your work will directly contribute to greater operational efficiency, automation, and effective use of Salesforce capabilities. This is a fully remote, permanent opportunity for an experienced professional who can work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
