Description Geneva Capital LLC is a dynamic national equipment finance company committed to long-term growth, professional development, and a collaborative team environment. We are seeking motivated, sales-minded candidate(s) to join our Business Development team for our Summer 2027 Internship Program. As a Business Development Intern, you will gain hands-on experience participating in various stages of the sales process. Through our Internship Program, you will receive the training, resources, and support needed to develop your skills and succeed in a fast-paced professional environment. Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate lead generation through a combination of over the phone, email outreach and market research
- Work closely with the sales team to provide support for prospective customers
- Grow and manage internal database of prospective customers
- Other duties as needed Requirements

- Displays strong leadership skills
- Candidate must be a career minded individual looking for personal and professional growth
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivate Pay Scale • $15.00 per hour, with potential to earn additional commissions through successful lead generation
