Job Description Role Overview As an AI Solution Engineer within the ADM practice, you design and build production-grade AI and automation solutions that enhance application development and maintenance delivery. You create scalable, reusable components that can be embedded into ADM processes and deployed across client environments. Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered solutions and intelligent automation workflows
- Integrate AI agents into ITSM platforms, DevOps pipelines, and enterprise systems
- Build reusable components such as orchestration frameworks and APIs
- Ensure compliance, security, and scalability
- Deploy solutions into production with ADM teams
- Continuously improve and industrialize AI capabilities Experience
- Software engineering (Python/C#/Node), Git, CI/CD Background
- Education in Business and IT, Business Administration or Artificial Intelligence (HBO / WO)
- B2/C1 level Dutch
