We are seeking a Manager of Partner Solutions Architecture to lead and develop a high-performing team of technical professionals who drive solution design and enablement across our strategic partner ecosystem. You will provide strategic direction for partner technical relationships, oversee complex internal and external multi-partner engagements, and ensure your team delivers exceptional solution architecture and deployment guidance to accelerate joint go-to-market success. This leadership role requires proven experience managing technical teams, a deep understanding of partner ecosystem dynamics, and the ability to scale technical enablement programs across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate will combine strong people leadership skills with technical acumen to drive team performance, foster innovation, and deliver measurable business results through strategic partner relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Partner Solutions Architects, providing technical guidance, career development planning, and performance management across geographically distributed teams
• Strategic Partner Enablement
• Define and execute comprehensive technical enablement strategies for the strategic partner ecosystem, ensuring partners have the knowledge and resources needed to successfully represent and implement HPE Cloud Operations Suite solutions
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align partner technical requirements with business objectives and go-to-market strategies
• Partner Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key partners, serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues and strategic partnership decisions
• Process Innovation & Optimization
• Design and implement scalable processes, best practices, and tools to improve partner technical enablement efficiency and effectiveness across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
• Technical Excellence & Standards
• Establish technical standards and quality benchmarks for solution architecture, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality technical solutions and documentation
• Business Impact & Reporting
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including partner certification progress, solution deployment success rates, and revenue impact from partner channel
• Talent Acquisition & Team Growth
• Lead recruitment efforts to identify and hire top technical talent, building team capabilities to support expanding partner ecosystem and evolving technology landscape
• Innovation & Market Intelligence
• Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to guide strategic technical direction and identify new partnership opportunities Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Management Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams, with demonstrated success in developing talent and managing performance across geographically distributed organizations
• Technical Leadership
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical consulting roles with increasing levels of responsibility and technical complexity
• Partner/Channel Experience
• 3+ years of experience working with technology partners, channel partners, or in partner enablement roles, with an understanding of partner ecosystem dynamics and joint go-to-market strategies
• Cloud & Infrastructure Expertise
• Deep technical knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud environments, virtualization technologies, monitoring and orchestration platforms, and enterprise IT infrastructure
• HPE Technology Knowledge
• Strong familiarity with HPE Cloud Operations Suite components (OpsRamp, Morpheus Enterprise, Morpheus Essentials, Zerto) or similar enterprise monitoring, automation, and data protection solutions Skills & Competencies:
• Technical Leadership & Architecture
• Expert-level understanding of cloud operations, monitoring, automation, and data protection technologies with the ability to guide complex solution designs and provide technical direction to both internal teams and partner organizations
• Partner Ecosystem Management
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partner relationships, develop joint go-to-market strategies, and enable partners through technical training, certification programs, and collaborative solution development
• People & Team Management
• Strong leadership capabilities, including team building, talent development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration, with demonstrated success in scaling technical teams and driving organizational growth
• Strategic Business Planning
