- Prospect, develop, and maintain strong commercial client relationships
- Manage roofing projects from initial sales through final completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Coordinate with estimators, crews, vendors, and internal operations
- Maintain job quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Track and manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing
- A strong track record in sales and project management
- Knowledge of commercial construction markets, including property management, insurance, and REITs
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to access rooftops Benefits & Perks
