About the Role As a Structural CAD Design Manager , you will lead our structural CAD design team and shape how drawings are produced across a wide range of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in CAD production, standards, and automation who takes full ownership of the team’s deliverables, sets the direction for CAD workflows, and guides designers through complex, non-routine design challenges. This role partners closely with structural engineering leadership and other disciplines to plan resources, manage schedules, and ensure our drawings meet project and code requirements across large- and small-scale solar (PV), battery storage (BESS), and high-voltage (HV) projects.
