Job Description We are seeking a Talent Management Specialist to own our Performance Management Process, run end to end employee survey intelligence/action planning and other Talent management projects.
- Performance Management : Drive the end to end PMS cycle (annual and mid) across the organization.
- Surveys & Insights: Design and launch employee engagement/pulse surveys; analyze complex data to identify trends and co-create action plans with HRBPs.
- Talent Development: Implement programs that build organizational capability, support career paths, and strengthen high-potential talent pipelines.
- Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and regularly report program performance and ROI to key stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program adoption and execution.
