Senior M&A Counsel

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior M&A Counsel based in the United States. This role serves as the primary legal partner for corporate development and strategic growth initiatives, supporting transactions from initial structuring through closing and post-transaction integration. You will work closely with Corporate Development, Finance, Tax, People and Culture, and executive leadership to provide practical, risk-adjusted legal guidance. The position covers a steady pipeline of domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions. You will lead due diligence, negotiate transaction documents, manage external counsel, and coordinate legal input across multiple jurisdictions. The role also offers an opportunity to modernize M&A practices through scalable processes, legal technology, and AI-enabled solutions.
