Telecaller – Job Summary Location: Remote – Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & West Bengal Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred Experience: Relevant experience preferred Salary: Not specified Key Responsibilities:
- Call and coordinate with farmers as per SOPs.
- Verify field photos/videos and project data on dashboards.
- Identify missing or incorrect information and report errors.
- Coordinate with field teams for corrections.
- Prepare and share daily updates through email.
- Support data validation and reporting processes. Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in the local regional language.
- English/Hindi plus Telugu/Bengali preferred.
- Basic knowledge of agriculture, especially AWD (Alternate Wetting & Drying) , preferred.
