Global Payroll Implementation Specialist - GPIS

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist (GPIS) based in Germany. As a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing new customers onto global payroll solutions accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines. You’ll manage technical payroll implementations from initial requirements gathering through configuration, testing, go-live, and handover to payroll operations. Working with customers, internal teams, vendors, and payroll stakeholders, you’ll translate complex payroll requirements into reliable operational setups. You’ll ensure payroll and tax configurations meet applicable statutory requirements while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality. The role combines payroll expertise, technical implementation, project coordination, customer communication, and continuous process improvement. You’ll also identify opportunities to streamline workflows and use automation to make implementation processes faster and more scalable.
