Job Description: Shield AI is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Data & Analytics Strategy Manager to own the data and analytics strategy for the Marketing organization, and to drive operational execution alongside it. This role will work closely with Marketing leadership and cross-functional partners to define how marketing data is structured, reported, and used to inform decisions. The ideal candidate combines a strategic mind with hands-on technical fluency. They can sit with stakeholders to define requirements and design how data should be structured and stored, partner closely with technical builders on pipeline and infrastructure decisions, and own cross-functional performance analysis at the CMO level, turning that analysis into clear storylines for the C-suite.
