Primary: 9:30am-6:00pm Secondary: 7:30am-4:00pm GENERAL SUMMARY: Performs reception duties at WIC in Radiology and interacts directly with all patients and families reporting to Mammography. Updates current patient file and is responsible for the scheduling of all diagnostic and Automated Breast Ultrasound (ABUS) outpatient exams. Transcribes all mammogram reports and reviews all the recall and result letters prior to sending out. Knowledge of EPIC and Visage. Runs quality assurance reports for the radiologist and technologist. QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Skills Required: 1. High school graduate or GED is required. 2. Associate’s degree in office administration/office technology or 5 plus years of job-related experience in transcribing and advance clerical experience is required. 3. Must pass a data entry test with an accuracy score of 95% is required. 4. General knowledge of Radiology protocols is preferred. 5. Prior Radiology scheduling experience is preferred. 6. Demonstrated positive interpersonal communication skills, written and oral is required.
