This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Sistemas Pleno based in Brazil. This is a fully remote opportunity focused on building and improving business processes through ServiceNow. You’ll translate business needs into scalable workflows, automations, integrations, and technical solutions. The role combines systems analysis, low-code development, JavaScript, data modeling, and API integrations. You’ll work closely with internal teams, partners, and suppliers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Your work will contribute to greater efficiency by identifying opportunities for automation and system integration. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to initiatives involving portals, mobile applications, chatbots, and related technologies.
