As a Software Publisher Services Manager, you’ll lead complex global client engagements focused on software licensing, royalty, and contract compliance. You’ll oversee the full audit lifecycle, from planning and data analysis through execution, reporting, and client delivery. The role combines client advisory, project management, technology, analytics, and compliance expertise in a highly professional environment. You’ll work with international clients, licensees, and cross-functional teams across different industries, technologies, and time zones. You’ll also contribute to process improvement, new service development, operational initiatives, and business growth. A key part of the role is developing and mentoring high-performing professionals while maintaining consistently high service standards.
