Graphic Design Officer (PBIS)

A. Graphic Design Production

  • Produce all major graphic design assets for PBIS Academic Group: brochures, social media posts, event collateral, presentations, signage, banners, KV, leaflets, and digital campaigns.
  • Produce design assets for other PBIS entities and Hugh's College Vientiane as directed by the Graphic Design Manager.
  • Ensure all output is consistently polished, on-brand, and of the highest
  • Bring creative thinking to every brief — suggest layouts, colour treatments, or design approaches that elevate the B. Brand Stewardship and Identity
  • Develop and maintain the school's brand identity guidelines — ensuring consistency across all design materials and visual touchpoints.
  • Apply PBIS brand standards precisely and without deviation; flag any brief that requests deviations before
  • Test graphics across various media to ensure quality is maintained across all output C. Creative Direction
  • Provide advice, training, and guidance to team — developing their skills through deliberate mentoring and teaching
  • Review team's output with a critical, constructive eye — give specific, development-oriented
  • Take genuine pride in team's improvement and invest time in their capability D. Project Management and Collaboration
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously — adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality
  • Work closely with the CMC team to understand design requirements and translate them into visually compelling
  • Collaborate with the Production team and External Consultant to ensure design concepts align with brand and Essential Knowledge, Abilities and Qualifications
  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong
  • Familiarity with design software: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, or
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and brand
  • Excellent communication skills and time
