Business Analyst – AI Location: Kolkata | Experience: Enterprise BA / Stakeholder Management Employment: Full-Time We are ooking for an experienced Business Analyst – AI who can transform complex business problems into measurable, implementation-ready AI use cases and work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Requirements:
- Strong Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering experience
- Enterprise process discovery & workflow redesign
- Strong stakeholder workshop facilitation skills
- User stories, acceptance criteria, business rules & process flows
- Agile / Azure DevOps / Jira backlog management
- Data analysis & validation
- UAT, business validation, user training & adoption
- Ability to identify opportunities across Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, OCR/Document Intelligence & workflow automation
- Practical understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Vector Search, Tool/Function Calling & MCP
- Understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP/CRM, databases, APIs, SharePoint and AI platforms Ideal for professionals who can bridge the gap between business requirements and AI implementation without needing to be full-time developers.
