Work Flexibility: Onsite Job Title: OI Marketing & Sales Coordinator | Orthopaedic Instruments Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams in driving business growth through effective sales coordination, marketing execution, data management, and cross-functional collaboration. The role will ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives while enabling the team with accurate data, timely reporting, and strong operational support. Key Responsibilities Marketing Events & Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing team, sales team and external vendors to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotions.
  • Managing marketing budgets MER processing, and raising expense requests, and purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to execute periodic meetings i.e. National Sales Meet, Quarterly Reviews etc. Sales Coordination & Operations
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day sales operations and coordination around sales estimates, Sales trend, sales data consolidation, forecasting.
  • Drive effective adoption and utilization of CPQ order processing and SFDC lead funnel management across the sales team.
  • Maintain and track billing, opportunities, quotations, orders, customer information, and sales pipeline.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, trackers, and business review inputs.
  • Demo utilization report
  • Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other functions to resolve sales-related issues. Administrative Support
  • New vendor onboarding and vendor management.
  • Manage operations on APAC Next portal & Workfront.
  • Assist with day-to-day marketing operations. Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. sure a project is complete and meets regulations and expectations.
  • Effective communicators. People who can interpret information clearly and accurately to concisely communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborative partners. People who build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, information, use cases, and industry analyses to develop best practices. What you will do:
  • Understand key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknesses
  • Understand customer groups, including why customers buy the product or service
  • Identify critical customer needs and preferences
  • Provides customer feedback to marketing leadership
  • Aid in the construction of the marketing plan
  • Understand basic budget management principles
  • Understand general marketing principles such as segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Subject matter expert for applicable products/product lines and able to field technical questions
  • Support sales training initiatives and programs throughout the year
  • Support the on-label use and promotion of all products
  • Understand and supports setting price and maintaining product or portfolio margin
  • Aware of commonly used internal/external communication goals, tools and formats
  • Use appropriate scorecards to track results
  • Track existing KPIs and reports back to the organization
  • Share basic customer satisfaction input trends with the salesforce Minimum Qualifications (Required):
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0+ years of work experience required Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
  • MBA preferred
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Travel Percentage: 30%
