• Real Estate to lead the delivery of midsize projects spanning cybersecurity, workplace technology, and AV deployments. This role combines technical program management with infrastructure coordination, vendor oversight, and service transition planning to ensure successful project delivery in a regulated environment. You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage risks, dependencies, and implementation readiness, driving highquality outcomes that support secure and modern workplace experiences. • end delivery of IT,, and workplace/AV deployment projects, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget targets are met ● Manage workplace technology rollouts (AV systems, collaboration tools, office infrastructure) in partnership with construction and facilities teams ● Oversee vendor management including AV integrators, contractors, and technology providers ● Coordinate infrastructure readiness across network, security, and workplace platforms ● Develop project plans, timelines, risk logs, and dependency tracking mechanisms ● Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution across stakeholders ● Lead governance, reporting, and compliance tracking within a regulated environment ● Plan and execute service transition activities, including change management, training, and operational handoff Basic Requirements: ● 4+ years of experience in IT project management, , or workplace technology deployments ● Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with vendors and internal stakeholders ● Hands-on experience with AV deployments, workplace technology rollout, or infrastructure projects ● Strong project planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation experience ● Ability to coordinate across network, security, and workplace systems ● Experience with project governance, reporting, and compliance processes ● Skilled in stakeholder communication and executive reporting Preferred Skills / Experience ● Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or similar) ● Background managing large new buildouts, renovations, and decommissioning technology projects ● Familiarity with workplace transformation programs (smart offices, hybrid collaboration tools) ● Experience managing construction or facilities-related technology deployments ● Knowledge of service transition frameworks (ITIL or similar) ● Familiar with reading floor plans and blueprints ● Strong data analysis and reporting skills for program insights ● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Real Estate or related field Travel / Work Environment / Physical Requirements ● Hybrid or remote work depending on project needs ● Occasional travel required for site deployments or stakeholder engagement ● Ability to support on-site coordination for workplace or AV implementation phases We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
