The Business Insights Manager serves as a strategic partner focused on driving portfolio performance, program health, and execution of enterprise priorities. This role transforms complex business, operational, and program data into actionable insights that enable leaders to make informed decisions, prioritize investments, and achieve strategic objectives. The position is responsible for developing executive-level reporting, performance dashboards, and framework that provides visibility into program execution, key performance indicators, risks, dependencies, and emerging opportunities. By identifying trends, surfacing insights, and recommending actions, this role helps ensure initiatives remain aligned to business strategy and deliver intended outcomes. Partnering closely with Real Estate, Construction, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams, the Business Insights Manager facilitates portfolio reviews, drives cross-functional alignment, and supports decision-making through data-driven recommendations. The role also champions continuous improvement by leveraging automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance reporting, streamline processes, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. In addition, this position provides leadership and oversight for a team of Program Insights professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching, developing, and prioritizing team activities while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing environment. Key Responsibilities Business Insights & Portfolio Strategy · Provide portfolio insights and performance analytics to ensure strategic objectives are being executed effectively across programs and initiatives. · Develop executive reporting, dashboards, and decision-support tools that translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. · Monitor program health, key performance indicators, risks, dependencies, and opportunities to drive successful outcomes. · Lead forecasting and planning processes that support prioritization, resource alignment, and execution of business strategies. · Evaluate portfolio performance and emerging trends to identify areas requiring leadership attention, corrective action, or strategic investment. · Partner with business leaders to align initiatives with enterprise priorities, improve execution, and maximize organizational impact. · Facilitate governance reviews and executive discussions, providing insights that influence leadership decisions and portfolio direction. · Drive continuous process improvement through automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions that increase efficiency, enhance visibility, and strengthen decision-making. · Serve as a trusted strategic advisor across Finance, Real Estate, Construction, Facilities, Operations, and Program Management teams, fostering collaboration and accountability for results. • Process Improvement, Automation & AI Enablement Required Qualifications Educations
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Experience
• 5+ years of experience in construction planning, capital planning, portfolio management, or business analytics. Technical Skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• SAP, Tririga, Ariba & Anaplan.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
• Strong forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting expertise.
• Ability to manage large data sets and convert information into actionable recommendations. Leadership Competencies

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
