Ensuring platform stability, availability, performance, and resilience in a highly business-critical environment. Supporting developers, architects, and application teams with technical expertise and guidance. Troubleshooting efforts for complex incidents and performance challenges. Managing upgrades, migrations, security improvements, and vulnerability remediation activities. Working with automation, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence initiatives. Contributing to disaster recovery, high availability, and continuous service improvement. Collaborating closely with security, infrastructure, application, and architecture teams across SEB. Acting as mentor and knowledge-sharing expert within the team and the broader Mainframe community. for z/OS, and transaction-processing environments. Preferably experience working with high-availability solutions, Parallel Sysplex, disaster recovery, and critical production environments. U nderstanding of mainframe security, compliance, and operational controls. Preferably experience with performance analysis, tuning, automation, monitoring, and incident management. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to take ownership, drive initiatives, and influence technical direction. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries. Fluency in English. Swedish is considered a merit.
