Lead Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) roles across the Hong Kong and broader APAC region. Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and GTM leadership roles, from intake to offer and close.
• Partner with Sales and GTM leaders to define hiring plans, role scorecards, and competency frameworks aligned to revenue targets.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of sales talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and agency/vendor relationships where needed.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market compensation benchmarks, interview design, and candidate assessment for sales roles.
• Drive an excellent candidate experience, representing the employer brand throughout the hiring process.
• Support workforce planning and headcount forecasting for Sales/GTM functions in partnership with Finance and HR Business Partners.
• Ensure compliance with local Hong Kong employment regulations and internal hiring policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with a strong track record specifically in Sales/GTM or revenue-function hiring (SaaS, tech, or B2B preferred).
• Proven experience recruiting across levels — from individual contributor sales roles through senior sales/GTM leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering directly with Sales/GTM executives.
• Deep familiarity with the Hong Kong and broader APAC talent market for sales and commercial talent.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Data-driven approach to recruiting with the ability to build and present hiring metrics/dashboards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required, Cantonese and/or Mandarin a strong plus.
