Position: Cybersecurity Recruiter (Experienced) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top cybersecurity professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity roles, excellent sourcing skills, and experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for cybersecurity positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of cybersecurity talent.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay informed about cybersecurity hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for cybersecurity or IT security roles.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as Network Security, Cloud Security, SOC, IAM, GRC, Application Security, DevSecOps, Penetration Testing, Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and major job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for government, consulting, or enterprise cybersecurity teams.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, CISM, or CCSP.
- Experience with Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate sourcing. Key Skills
