Client Acquisition & Sales
- Find and bring in new retail banking customers through professional networking and direct outreach.
- Cross-sell and up-sell bank products like loans, insurance, and mutual funds based on customer needs.
- Meet monthly and yearly targets for revenue and new accounts. 2. Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned retail clients.
- Review customer financial goals and recommend simple, approved banking solutions.
- Solve customer problems or queries quickly to keep clients happy and loyal.
