This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager based in Spain. As Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager, you will lead analytics and reporting across a global go-to-market organization. You’ll own the BI strategy, from data modeling and metric definitions to dashboards, reporting, and adoption. The role combines hands-on analytics with strategic partnership across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and leadership. You’ll transform data from Salesforce and other GTM systems into trusted, self-service insights that support better decisions. You’ll establish reliable revenue metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver analyses for weekly and quarterly business reviews. Working in a remote-first, international environment, you’ll collaborate with teams across multiple regions and functions.
